Oh they're not certified. They haven't been since the first version of the software came out. Of course, that's not something that they're really out there advertising.

If you want to make a mint and have fun and benefit thousands while doing it, create a basic DND (Do Not Disturb) function that can be accessed preferably by a softkey, but a Services button activation will do. Create a Paypal Shareware $5 donation or mandatory.

I have gotten more requests for this as a consultant / instructor than any other feature.

A bug ID has not been issued yet. The DE's (who are apparently in England for DC Directory), are still working on some base issues with it. I'll post one if I ever get one from Cisco.

I kind of made the jump from 4 digit dialplan to 10 digit dialplan. I kind of cringed at the thought of a 10 digit dial plan originally but after setting up my thoughts have changed.

A thought...if you always configure your dialplan to be 10 digits and then create translation patterns for 4 digit dialing, 5 digit dialing, etc you are covered in the event you have to change your dial plan. You don't have to go back to re-assign new extensions to the phones, you can just change the translation patterns. Plus you get the added bonus of knowing your dial plan will never overlap...unless the NANP went to crap.
