Digger’s Blog

This is my first post on voipexpert. My name is Andy “Digger” Dignan and I hail from Chicago, IL. I work from Berbee information Networkrs (www.berbee.com) an outstanding Cisco provider in the voice/call center arena (not to mention many other practices as well). Anyway, I have been working in the voice field for for 5 years now and in the networking industry for 6 years. I specialize in voice and call centers.

With my blog I hope to stir up thoughts on better ways to do things and generally spue my thoughts on my every day adventure that is ip telephony (and maybe I will talk contact centers if my head doesn’t start hurting).
